PTU tackles complex challenges in the mining industry. The goal was to present this depth of expertise in a clean, accessible way—making it easy for potential clients to grasp the value of their services at a glance.

To communicate effectively without clutter, we implemented a clean, modular layout supported by bold, succinct statements that conveyed PTU’s philosophy and services. When additional context was needed, discreet pop-ups provided deeper insights without disrupting the user journey.

Topographic maps—an integral part of PTU’s work—became a central visual element in the design. We used contour lines as a subtle backdrop to guide the flow of information and echo the technical depth of their field. To communicate the scale and diversity of PTU’s projects, we curated a set of photographs highlighting their various areas of expertise. In line with our commitment to simplicity, these images were presented as randomized backgrounds, creating a unique visual experience with each visit to the site.

Close collaboration and ongoing communication with the client allowed us to achieve the level of simplicity we were aiming for, without compromising on essential content. It also helped us identify key visual elements that balanced both aesthetics and meaning, enriching the overall experience.

The result is a digital presence that reflects PTU’s complexity with clarity, and their expertise with elegance. By combining thoughtful design, purposeful visuals, and close client collaboration, we delivered a website that communicates PTU’s value in a way that is both accessible and memorable.
